Number of securities in issue

DP Poland plc has a total of 712,393,662 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in issue. There are no shares held in treasury. There are no restrictions on the transfer of these AIM securities. DPP’s ordinary shares are admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and the Company has not applied or agreed to have any of its securities admitted or traded on any other exchanges or trading platforms.
