The Business

DP Poland plc (DPP) is a UK-based company listed on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. It holds the exclusive rights to develop, operate, and sub-franchise Domino’s Pizza stores in Poland and Croatia. The Group operates 122 stores and restaurants across cities and towns in both countries.

Domino’s Pizza is operated in Poland by DP Polska S.A. (DPPSA), a Polish-registered company wholly owned by DP Poland plc (DPP). The exclusive rights under the Master Franchise Agreement were granted to DPPSA in 2010 for an initial period of 15 years, with an option to renew for a further 10 years, subject to certain conditions. Poland, with a population of 38 million, has significant potential to become a major pizza delivery market. DP Poland’s objective is to establish Domino’s Pizza as the leading pizza brand in Poland. Domino’s currently operates 117 locations in the country.

In Croatia, Domino’s Pizza is operated by All About Pizza d.o.o., a Croatian-registered company also wholly owned by DP Poland plc (DPP). The Master Franchise Agreement was granted in 2019 for an initial period of 10 years, with an option to renew for a further 10 years, subject to certain conditions. Croatia, with a population of 4 million, is a fast-developing market. Domino’s is currently the leading pizza brand in Croatia, operating five locations.

In April 2025, the Group acquired Mastergrupa sp. z o.o., which operates 90 franchised pizza restaurants across various locations in Poland under the brand ‘Pizzeria 105’. Franchisees of Pizzeria 105 will be encouraged to rebrand as Domino’s Pizza, the world’s leading pizza business. This represents an exciting opportunity for Pizzeria 105 franchisees to join the Domino’s system with a compelling value proposition and the potential to drive higher sales and profitability.
