Placing of 6,667,000 new Ordinary Shares at 48 pence per share.

DP Poland plc today announces a conditional placing of 6,667,000 new ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company at a price of 48 pence per Placing Share to raise approximately £3.2 million before expenses.

The Placing Shares represent approximately 5.1 per cent. of the existing issued share capital of the Company and the Placing Price represents a discount of approximately 1.3 per cent. to the closing mid-market price of 48.625 pence per Ordinary Share on 4 October 2016, being the last trading day immediately preceding the publication of this Announcement.
